Located at 2517 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, Audio One Electronics operates as a car stereo shop serving Niagara Falls in New York. Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Audio One Electronics at (716) 283-2001; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Niagara Falls is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Niagara Falls follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Audio One is a great place to deal with. Everyone from Jen the front receptionist communicating and keeping me updated to Chris the manager / installer. Chris goes out of his way to make and keep customers happy and satisfied. Both of my vehicles turned out great. 93 Toyota 4x4 regular cab, pu with a dual amps., a Pioneer tuner, 6 speakers and a 10 in sub. Also had him install a Drone 2way paging alarm with remote start. My 2012 Yaris SE with 7 speakers including dual amps and a 10 in. Sub. Plus a Drone 2way paging alarm/remote starter and Drone dash cam with rear camera. Highly recommend for your audio install needs. Im very picky and hard to please, lol

Waow! I’m really out of words for Audio one ! I started looking for a place to work on the stereo system in my vehicle in Batavia , stopped in Buffalo- Depew and ended in Niagara Falls, New York at Audio one ! I think it was Canada calling me , LOL. Jenn greeted me with a smile and chill vibes from the Rip. Chris was professional, patient , humble and cool from the start. I asked for a new sound system to my 2025 JEEP and a few other things. I was not disappointed. Extremely informative from Jenn and Chris . I invested a few dollars into my JEEP and I can say that I feel and know I received quality work . Nobody skipped out on my calls or texts and they kept it business when it came to the price . I got my military discount though . Thank you a million to Jenn and Chris for your professionalism, patience and amazing work on my vehicle. I have to figure out why I want done next at Audio one now ! LOL. All the way from Batavia to Niagara Falls, but it was worth it all the way around .

I have had my auto starter for my car, from Audio One for probably over 20 years. When I bought a new car, years ago, they set it up again for me and as always, they were professional and backed up their promise for Lifetime Warranty. Today I stopped in to have them look at some wiring and they quickly fixed it. I asked Louie, a question about setting up my IPhone to my car and he was happy to help. Their quality of service has been held at the highest level, for all these years, I highly recommend, for a locally owned company, that goes above and beyond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chris is absolutely phenomenal! 1st thing he did, before anything else, was ask to check out vehicle. Sizing up dimensions and spaces, in entire vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable, whether you're looking for expensive custom build or basic packages. He takes the time to address you as an individual. Extremely professional, very well mannered, speaks calmly and slowly and explains things in a way even beginners and amateur enthusiasts can understand. Worked up and printed itinerary, parts/labor/tax final cost, details about product, length of install. Explaining things in detail, section by section. Chris is Amazing! I wish I could leave a 10 star rating. He will explain the trail and error process, pros and cons, etc. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND to anyone. He does not try to upsell you or mislead you. He will help you find a build that both works best for your vehicle, while balancing your wants and needs, simultaneously. Thank you so much Chris and audio one! i am customer for life!
